Once the iPad/Android apps are installed, you will need to run the PBC iOS/Android program on your PC. This is the server component that feeds the tablets and is where you will configure the watch folders and social media accounts. Make sure Windows firewall is disabled as well as any 3rd party internet security programs on the PC as this is the most common cause of connection issues.
