• Make sure your printer is selected as the Windows default printer
  • Clear any saved printer settings on the template tab and resave the template under a different name. If you use the same name or do not resave you will continue to have issues.

  • Verify printer is plugged into the same USB port every time. Some printer/computer combos will create a new printer each time it is connected to a new port. 
  • Test to see that you can print photos outside of the software to eliminate that Social Booth is causing issues.
