Yes and no. Photo Booth Connected requires an internet connection to upload to social media at the event.  If internet isn't available on site, it will work with a 3G/4G modem.  But PBC can also partially function in offline mode, allowing printing and queueing of Email, SMS and Client Facebook uploads.
