Make sure you don't have "Limit User Prints" check in the Printer Settings. Although this is a useful feature for curbing abuse, it is often overlooked during testing and may make you think that printing isn't working.
If you receive Error print v4.0.30319 reinstall Microsoft.net built into the installer.
