Try one of the following methods:
- Hold F1 for a few seconds or press it several times.
- Make sure you are trying to access from a main screen (non-sharing or filtering screen).
- If you are using a touchscreen and the settings hot spot on the triggers tab is enabled - touch the upper left corner of the screen to return to settings.
- If your F1 key is not enabled, try this: Open PC Settings > PC and Devices > Typing - add the standard keyboard layout as a touch keyboard options. Click the keyboard in the quick access icons near the time and select the full keyboard option.
